After School
When school lets out, the fun is just beginning at Drama Maniacs!
Drama Maniacs works with schools throughout the Burbank, Glendale, and Los Angeles areas to bring our fantastic classes right to your child’s school!
Some after school drama programs offer kids the chance to perform in a show, but Drama Maniacs goes one step further. We specialize in “kid-created” productions for all grades. Our students help write, direct, and STAR in their own original plays and musicals that are performed at a PROFESSIONAL THEATRE at the end of the session. All with NO auditions (too scary), NO stress, and NO parent participation necessary!
We take care of all the hard work of putting on a professional quality production (renting a professional theatre, providing costumes, props, make-up, sets, backdrops, etc.) Our families LOVE that we take care of EVERYTHING! All parents need to do is register their kids and bring them to the theatre for a couple of hours for the back-to-back dress rehearsal and performance. All after school rehearsals take place at your school. We also have separate curriculum and shows for two age groups! Our classes are typically grouped according to age (K-2nd and 3rd-5th) so that each age group rehearses and creates their own separate production. Having two classes of separate age groups is dependent upon number of registrations each session.
